Chemistry

I read somewhere that you should be thankful for something every single day. Wherever I read that said that if you are consciously thankful for something on a a daily basis, it improves your overall mood and happiness level dramatically.  It suggested that you should keep a camera with you and take a picture or something that you appreciated, so you could have a visual reminder of that one thing that you took time out of your day to look at, think about or reflect on.  The thing that I'm thankful for today is a little more abstract.  Its something that you can see on occasion, but mostly its something that you can feel.
I'm thankful for chemistry.  This sounds like something a little crazy - maybe something a little TOO abstract.  If you think about chemistry, its that one thing that makes your day flow a little better. Chemistry affects every day life more than what you'd imagine.  Think about what it feels like to go home to your best friend and even how much fun menial tasks can be, just because that person is with you while you're doing it.  Think about that not-so-fun project at work and how your team mates can help get you through it and get it over with.  Think about how those situations would be different if personalities didn't mesh.  Think about how the days would go if you didn't fit in quite right with co-workers or superiors.  Chemistry is a funny thing.  Its mostly discussed when it comes to members of the opposite sex and how if the chemistry just "isn't there", then there's nothing that you can do to salvage a potential relationship.  What happens if the chemistry just "isn't there" between you and a co-worker?  Something will likely give and how do you make sure that the situation ends favorably?  I can go on and on and in circles about chemistry.  I posted a picture of Nick and I because I think that the chemistry that we have sometimes dictates the chemistry that I have with others.
